What happens if I go over my SMS limit?
You will simply be billed a standard overage rate of $0.01 per additional message. Alternatively, you can bolt on an SMS Power Pack at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. If you are on a monthly plan, you can switch tiers at any time. Annual plans can be upgraded immediately (prorated) but downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.
